Hi everyone, my name is Casey!
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, UESCA Certified Run Coach, and Precision Nutrition L1 Certified Coach.
After battling numerous nagging injuries and stagnancy in progress early on in my running career, I refused to accept this as normal and devoted much of my time & energy towards figuring out why this was happening.
Fast forward several years, and I've recently ran a marathon (a feat that never seemed possible for me), have been running injury-free for 2+ years, am continually getting stronger & faster, have more daily energy & confidence, & am more excited about my future in running as a lifelong endeavor than I've ever been.
My past clients have experienced this same success, and I want you to know that you can, too!
Through combining my degrees, accreditations, & experience (coaching & personal), I truly feel like I've "cracked the code" as to what it takes to experience incredible breakthroughs in your running.
